The Grizzly looks pretty heavy duty but I've heard only decent reviews on it. I've heard good things about the Sherline lathe on WUS so was hoping they had good mills as well, but these two may be in different tiers. I also looked at the Proxxon Micro Mill and the Vandalay Acra Mill Plus and am just concerned about the ability of either to hold up.
